Yes. We have a shop at the factory where you can buy our products direct, and also a range of Australian-made clothing, UGG boots and manchester. We are at 2/118 Albert Road, Warragul- about an hour east of Melbourne.
All of our products have a six year warranty against any type of manufacturing fault. If you have any concerns please ring the factory and we will work out the best solution.
Our warranties do not cover the following:
- Damage due to incorrect washing.
- General wear and tear or any misuse
- Change of mind

Care instructions are on every product. Always read the instructions before cleaning. All wool products will benefit from regular airing and sunlight, even before use.
We recommend airing your blanket for a few hours or overnight before you use it after it has been in storage.
All products may be spot washed using a light wool detergent to spot clean. We recommend drying small areas with a hair dryer so as not to leave a water stain. Remember that stains can often be “set” if dry-cleaned.
Yes, we often have customers wanting specially made products for caravans, boats of just unusually sized beds. As all products are hand made we are very happy to make a customised product for you. We have even made sleeping bags and under blankets for swags.
The wool used in all Aussie Wool Comfort products has been cleaned using chemical free water. It is not treated with any chemicals unless you request washable wool. The washable product is treated so that the fibres do not shrink as they dry.
The wool is treated to make each fibre smoother. In this way when it dries the fibres are able to spread apart and remain “fluffy”. Without treatment the wool; upon washing, would bind together and and shrink, losing loft.

All wool is sourced from selected herds, mainly in the Western District of Victoria.

Exactly what my grandson needed. I love wool products.
They’re hardy, genuinely pure wool (apart from the elastic stuff), and I can wear them with my work boots for a full 18+ hour day without heat rash or unusual discomfort. I know they have to be pure wool because after long, hard, sweaty, summer days, my feet and boots don’t smell. Crazy.
They also haven’t (yet) developed holes and mine are nearing two years old. When I first got them I didn’t wear them every day but over time my other socks have developed holes and lost their stretch, etc etc. These have and continue to hold up demonstrating their ridiculous value as well. As I say in the title, I don’t want or need any other socks. I’m glad I got ten pairs of them.
My husband and I love our new under blanket has taken the comfort and warmth of our bed to a whole new level. Don’t hesitate in making a purchase it may seem expensive but over a year it’s a little more than $1.00 a night.
I purchased my wool under blanket with the 4 blanket doona, what a great combination. The under blanket is extremely comfortable
and very warm, and great to sleep on; no more getting into a cold bed.

Can’t believe how much my Bullmastiff puppy loves her new wool bed! We literally put it down, she sniffed it once then hopped right on and claimed it as hers! No treats no luring, just nabbed it! Buying another one now for our upper terrace.
I have invested in several products! My most recent purchase of the Pure Australian Wool Pillows are wonderful and have provided a great nights sleep every night! The thought of sleeping on a genuine Australian wool product is also a comfort knowing I am sleeping on a non toxic pillow!
This is a very nice, high quality pillow. I was looking for natural bedding options (without polyester or memory foam) so I’m glad I found this one. The pillow did flatten out a bit, but I don’t mind as I prefer a flatter pillow for my neck.

I ordered a standard pillow recently as I was at wits end with neck issues, what did I have to lose. I have quite a selection of pillows, this one is my favourite. Was a little firm to start but I soon got used to it, they do settle down. They was no "chemical" smell which you tend to get with other pillows, I actually like the smell of wool. I will be purchasing more in the future. as I start to replace the pillows in the house. I also bought a pillow protector.
Bought two of these pillows for myself and yes very happy with the quality and that I'm sleeping on natural products. They are very comfortable as well.
